Delivery deadlines for all orders received before 12:00 on a business day:

Spain: 1-2 working days.
Europe: 6-8 working days.
Rest: 8-15 working days.

Orders received after 12:00 on the working day will be processed the next working day.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 calendar days to return it.
Please send us an email to……… explaining the reason for the return.

Once we receive your email we will contact you within 24 hours to explain how to send us the item reason for return.
The shipping costs of the return will be borne by the buyer.
Please remember to pack the item to be returned properly to avoid breakage during transport.

Once received and verified that the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, we will return immediately (transfer or paypal) the full amount paid for the item purchased.
